Axopar 38 unveiled at Boot Düsseldorf 2026
Axopar introduces the all-new Axopar 38, debuting at Boot Düsseldorf 2026 and setting new benchmarks for modularity, comfort and drivability.
Beneteau Make Presence Felt in Paris
Beneteau have a series of new outboard motor boats in the pipelines. Before the launch of the Barracuda 9 next spring, they exhibited two new Antares models at the Nautic Boat Show in Paris, the Antares 6 and 9.
The new Antares 6, at 5.70m, is the smallest of the outboard pilothouse boats and is well suited to a range of activities from day cruising to fishing. Built on the latest generation of outboard hulls, its single engine can attain 115hp, and its size allows it to nip about with ease. Meanwhile the Antares 9 has two independent cabins, a galley and a well-fitted washroom, making short cruises with family or friends well within her capabilities.
Beneteau’s new Scarab 255 Open also premiered in Paris. Designed for millennials keen on extreme water sports, this new jet boat combines jet ski fun with the utility of a real boat, and is particularly suitable for wakeboarding and surfing, while its low-speed manoeuvrability also means it can be used for more relaxing activities such as fishing or swimming.
The Beneteau group’s Four Winns brand was also present at the Paris show, enhancing its international reputation as a manufacturer of easy-to-customise luxury open powerboats. This American boatbuilder’s four ranges put pleasure, safety and space on board first, whether it is for water sports or cruising. A brand-new model, the HD200, will be launched in 2018 with outboard and sterndrive versions.
